Off Market Properties is a small network. Breige and a handful of vetted buyer’s agents who specialise in private, off-market transactions between Byron Bay and Sanctuary Cove. We work with serious buyers and discreet sellers who want to skip the open campaign.

That’s it. We’re not a platform, a portal, or a matchmaking algorithm. The brief Breige sends each week is the front door. Conversations and introductions are how the houses move.

Property works the same way. There are homeowners across Northern NSW and the Gold Coast who would sell tomorrow at the right number, on the right terms, without an open campaign. And there are serious buyers who would commit today if the right house turned up. Both sides exist; the introduction is what’s missing.

How it works

The process, briefly.

01 · Seller contacts us

A short brief on the house.

Address, type, what they’re hoping it’s worth, and what timing looks like. We give an honest read; if it’s a fit for our buyer pool we start with a conversation, not a listing.

02 · We check the register

Buyers who’ve briefed us.

Every buyer on the register has shared a brief — location, budget, brief details, timeframe. We identify the few who fit and reach out to them privately, in their order of strength.

03 · Introduction

Private inspection, terms first.

Strong buyers see the house privately or by video, and we move directly to terms. No open homes, no public listing, no auction. Where buyers want full agent representation, they engage one of our vetted buyer’s agents.

04 · Settlement

Direct, between two ready parties.

Buyer and seller deal directly through their respective representatives. No public marketing line items, no competing with twenty other buyers. Typically settles inside thirty to forty-five days.

Tweed Heads, Kingscliff, Cabarita Beach, Pottsville, Banora Point, Murwillumbah. Coastal towns and hinterland villages, mostly between $1M and $5M.
